Return Requirements:

• Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt.
• Items must be in their original condition, with tags intact, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.
• For hygiene reasons, certain categories (such as lingerie, swimwear, and custom-made items) are non-returnable.
• If there are any quality issues with the item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the package and provide photographic evidence.

 

 

Refund Information:

• We will process refunds within 5-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that show obvious signs of use or are returned for non-quality reasons.

 

 

Return Shipping:

• Returns due to quality issues or incorrect item delivery: Shipping costs are borne by us.
• Returns due to personal reasons (wrong size, wrong style, etc.): Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

 

 

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to appear. Next, contact your bank.
